CNC MACHINING SERVICE-PROCESSING MACHINERY FEATURES
CNC milling
The ability to machine items with three, four, or five axes is ideal for both basic and complex parts.
CNC turning
Functions for cylindrical parts (such pins, shafts, and washers) that are standard and powered accessories.
Computer Numerical Control, or CNC A stationary material is stripped of layers using a mix of machine tools and computer control in the subtractive manufacturing process known as machining. The relevant equipment and machines, which carry out the machining duties automatically, are configured according to the desired cuts in the metal.
Polishing
By rubbing or applying a chemical treatment to a surface, polishing creates a smooth, shiny finish that has a strong specular reflection (yet constrained by the material's index of refraction according to the Fresnel equations).
Bead blasting
Bead blasting removes the tool marks from a machined object and creates a consistent matte or satin surface finish. This is mostly utilized for visual purposes and is available in a variety of grits that represent the size of the bombardment particles. #120 is our normal grit. Specification of Requirements Color Grit #120 Consistent matte of raw material partial masked In the technical sketch, indicate the masking needs and cosmetic availability. on demand cosmetic
Black oxide
Black oxide is a conversion coating that is applied to steel in order to increase corrosion resistance and reduce light reflection. Specification of Requirements Surface cleaning and degreasing "as machined" 0-30 m of thickness Dark black. partial masked Indicate the need for masking in the technical sketch. makeup accessibility Non-cosmetic
Brushed
Applicable By using grit to polish the metal, brushing is created, leaving a satin finish in one direction. Not recommended for uses that demand corrosion resistance. Specification of Requirements Surface roughness of 1.2 / 7 micrometers Grit #400-600 Part masking Indicate the need for masking in the technical drawing. makeup accessibility Black oxide is a conversion coating intended to reduce light reflection and increase corrosion resistance on requeston steels. Specification of Requirements Surface cleaning and degreasing "as machined" 0-30 m of thickness Dark black. Part masking Indicate the need for masking in the technical drawing. makeup accessibility Non-cosmetic
Powder coating
All metal components can be finished with powder coating, which is a robust wear-resistant substance. Requirement Specification Tolerances prior to the process 50-150 m in thickness Black, as well as any RAL or Pantone number partial masked Indicate the need for masking in the technical sketch. makeup accessibility Non-cosmetic
Cosmetic on request
Depending on the request, finishes can be either cosmetic or non-cosmetic. Type II Brushed + Anodizing Anodizing type II with bead blasting Bead-blasted, bristled, and polished
Brushed + Electropolished (Ra0.8µm 32µin)
Electropolishing is an electrochemical procedure used to polish stainless steel items and smooth out their micro-roughness on metal surfaces. useful for improving surface smoothness by removing a thin (10 m) layer of material. Requirement Specification
surface cleaning Natural metal color, brushed partial masked Indicate the need for masking in the technical sketch. makeup accessibility Cosmetically speaking
Brushed+Anodized
After being brushed, parts are type II anodized. Perfect for improving the part's corrosion resistance. generally produces a glossy color. Requirement Specification preparing the surface grit #400 was used to brush Tolerances After anodizing, standard dimensional tolerances are in effect. Thickness 8-12 mm for clear or 12-16 mm for colored or black Shiny Units beyond 20 GU Any RAL code or Pantone number, or the color black clear masking in part In the technical sketch, indicate the masking requirements. availability of cosmetics Upon request, cosmetic
As machined
"As machined" finish is the norm for us. Its surface is 3.2 m (126 in) rough, or Ra. Parts are deburred and any sharp edges are eliminated. Tool traces are evident. Requirement Specification makeup accessibility Non-cosmetic
As machined + Anodized type III (Hardcoat)
There is no other mechanical finish applied; the anodizing type III coating is applied straight to the machined surface. Excellent corrosion and wear resistance is provided by Type III anodizing, making it appropriate for practical applications. Requirement Specification Preparation of the surface "As machined" Tolerances Before anodizing, general dimensional tolerances are met. Color Black or natural Thickness 35-50 m Part masking In the technical sketch, indicate the masking needs and cosmetic availability. Non-cosmetic
As machined + Anodized type II
After machining, parts are immediately anodised (type II). the most economical method of anodizing. Ideal for practical pieces without aesthetic appeal. used to increase corrosion and wear resistance. Requirement Specification Preparation of the surface "As machined" Tolerances After anodizing, general dimensional tolerances apply. 8-12 mm (clear) or 12-16 mm (black) in thickness Color clear or black partial masked Indicate the need for masking in the technical sketch. makeup accessibility Non-cosmetic
